                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM IDA S. PRYOR AND
                   DOROTHEA BAXTER, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                   76, DAYTONA HEIGHTS COLLECTION SYSTEM, TRACT
                   NO. 143.1, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF ONE
                   THOUSAND, FIFTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($1,050.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Ida S. Pryor and Dorothea
       Baxter, relative to Contract No. 76, Daytona Heights Collection
       System, Tract No. 143.1, for a consideration of $1,050.00.
